  Dr. Anupama Bains
As the Director of The Corporate Gurus School of Business (TCGSOB), she spearheads the academic and curricular development of business graduates of the institute. A PhD. in the area of multicultural management from the University Business School of Punjab University, Chandigarh, with extensive teaching experience spanning over 15 years, she has made significant contribution in the field of management education. A prolific case writer she has written many case studies. Earlier, with ICFAI, she has been instrumental in organizing a number of seminars and management development activities. She was also instrumental in development of the research department at ICFAI. Also a Soft 
Skills trainer, she has to her credit a number of training programs ranging from conflict management to sales training conducted in various organizations across the region. She also takes the course in marketing at the institute besides development of curriculum, identification, development and training of behavioral and soft skills course at the institute.
Ms. Monika
A post graduate in Library and Information Science from IGNOU, New Delhi. and Public Administration from Kurukshetra University. She also holds a one year diploma in Computer Application, along with a six months diploma in multimedia and hardware. Currently she is pursuing the Post Graduate diploma in Library Automation and Networking from IGNOU, New Delhi. With over five years experience in Library and Information Sciences, she currently works with TCGSOB as the Library and Information Officer. She excels in library management as she has worked as a Senior Librarian cum Team Leader in the Browser Library and Book Store and as a Librarian in Post Graduate Govt. College, Sec-11, Chandigarh. Collection development is her area of expertise. She also takes a course in Environmental Science at the institute. Besides being in charge of the library she also coordinates Environment Club and the Book Club at The Corporate Gurus.
Mr. Deepak Joshi
MBA (Marketing) from IMS-SHIMLA (2008). Thereafter having worked for over a year as sales-officer in Asian Paints India Ltd, he found his calling in academics. A first-class science graduate and B.Ed, with an outstanding academic record, saw him move into the field which he is passionate about - teaching. Currently with us since our inception, he has been teaching Management Science and Business Statistics. A keen reader with a creative acumen, he is also the coordinator of the Literary Club which undertakes various activities such as debates, group-discussions and other literary activities. He is also the editor of college newsletter. He has created an online micro-blog for students on twitter.com to discuss corporate updates. His keen interest in team-building and motivation led him to design a work-shop on ' Kindle the leader inside you'  which he has successfully conducted at graduate colleges across Punjab. He is also looking after summer training activities and innovative initiatives in the college.
Mr. Munish Kumar
MBA (Marketing) from TIMT-Yamunanagar (Approved by Kurukshetra University) in 2001.He has over seven years of hardcore industry work-experience in Sales & Marketing in the filed of Pharmaceuticals (Cipla Pharma Pvt. Ltd. & Nicholas Piramal Pvt. Ltd) and Insurance sector( ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company).Besides he has over an year of teaching experience as well. He is a first-class Graduate with B.com in Tourism and Travel Management. He won the first prize as recruitment champion in recruiting highest number of advisors in Haryana. In sports he has played district level, state level and inter college cricket tournament. He finds special interest in sports & making relations. He is teaching Business Environment and Operations Management. He is incharge of the Sports Club.
Ms. Amanjot
A graduate in English Honors and MBA in Marketing and Human Resource, in 2006. Additionally to hone her skills in her field of interest, she did her Diploma in Human Resource Management in 2007. Thereafter she has worked with the banking sector, with the recruitment industry and now for nearly an year in teaching. Currently with The Corporate Gurus School of Business, she uses her varied industry experience in teaching Economics and Human Resource Management. She holds additional responsibility as Coordinator, Cultural Club of the Institute and has organized a Blood Donation-cum-Medical Camp successfully. A dexterous worker, she has the responsibility of handling academic coordination at the institute.
She has flair for writing essays in English, having participated in various Essay Writing Competitions during her graduation. She even represented her college in Essay Writing Competitions. Dedication and eagerness to learn are her assets which helped her in designing a Spoken English course for one of the spoken English centers in Punjab.
